Scope and app licence
These notes describe use of Weathever Kids by Markus Missethon. Apps obtained from the App Store are subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless a custom agreement applies to the app. This website does not replace the applicable App Store licence agreement. Mandatory statutory rights, including applicable consumer rights, remain unaffected.
Weather data and suggestions
The app derives outfit suggestions from weather data. Forecasts can differ from actual conditions. Consider local weather, activity, time outdoors and individual needs. The app is not intended for emergencies or life-saving purposes.
Outfit displays and related guidance are an original transformation of Apple weather data. Current source and attribution information is shown alongside weather values in the app.
Additional WeatherKit notices
Reverse engineering of the WeatherKit APIs or Apple-supplied weather data for any purpose is prohibited, except where mandatory law expressly permits it. These notes do not authorise sublicensing the APIs or unmodified Apple weather data.
